A little story about these photos.
I always wanted to go down into the gorge, but I never found a way to do it. I reached out to Janelle who is very familiar with Elora and she gave me some directions to make it down. To get down beside the water, we had to do a little rock climbing on the wet rocks, and thankfully there was a rope tied to a tree to help the descent. Once we got down into the gorge, we started getting some incredibly creative photos. I wanted to capture who Janelle and Jer were as people... so they left their kids at home so we can photograph some magic. Tattoos, fitness, laughter and a large dose of hipsterness -- its safe to say you can see it all in the photos.

David was both professional and personable. He made us feel completely comfortable and was even willing to humor us with our rock climbing request to make our shoot happen - and made it super fun in the process! He gave us good direction (which we wanted) never shying away from telling us what worked, while also allowing us to be natural and candid.
