Trillium Resort and Spa Venue Overview
Trillium Resort & Spa is a beautiful wedding venue located in the heart of Muskoka region and is truly an all-inclusive experience. Not only is this a great wedding venue, but it also offers many more amenities such as fresh dining, spa, cottage rentals, vacation packages, and pet friendly. The venue has a history dating back a couple centuries with dining available in the original 1819 Muskoka lodge with post-and-beam architecture that offers a view of the surrounding landscape and lake.

Trillium Resort & Spa offers a complete on-site experience, from preparation to ceremony and reception with a huge variety of on-site amenities to complete your wedding experience and entertain the guests. The spa, trails, beach, forest and cottage spaces are just a few of the activities you can do as you explore the property and the beautiful Muskoka region surround it.
The Resort can host up to 130 guests in the Post-and-Beam dining room and accommodate up to 60 guests among it's 17 Cottages and Chalets. The dining room features authentic design and while modernized with up to date features and temperature control for year-round wedding celebrations. Looking out the dining room windows, you will see the outdoor ceremony area and the lake behind it. The guests typically enjoy cocktail hour around the Post-and-Beam dining room with a view and space to explore.
The cottages are the perfect place for preparation photos and overnight lodging for the bridal party, family and guests. It's very convenient to have a one-stop-shop location as it minimizes travel times and schedule complications. The cottages come in different styles and sizes and the wooden interiors are very cozy and intimate. The staff and coordinators are a pleasure to work with and the food they provide is fresh and delicious.
This venue has a lot of potential and unlimited amount of photo creativity, experiences and exclusivity. You won't be sharing your wedding day with other couples, and have full flexibility over your schedule
My Recommendation
If you love the idea of getting an all-inclusive cottage wedding package, this venue offers it all. From preparations, to ceremony and reception, there is a lot to see and explore around the property to make lasting memories. If you are looking for the perfect place to capture that Muskoka vibe, then I highly recommend this venue to couples who love the outdoors and cottage life. This venue is my favorite location I've photographed in the Muskoka region.
